So my birthday was last Friday, on the 18th. I'm 17 now...
In other news, I've finally gotten a stupid facebook account. Not telling anyone anything, of course, but I have it for the reasons that Fliff, my friend Takara, and my mom all insisted that I get one and ganged up on me to do so last Saturday. 83 All at the same (pretty much) time too. Wonderful how things work out, yes?
I've been taking two classes online to make up some credits I'm missing. I completed the first semester of one of my classes last Sunday and the next semester isn't scheduled to start until January. So I only have one class I need to worry about over vacation. And I finished the work for this week, so it's all good for now!
Tomorrow, my mom, brother, and I are going to visit my Grandpa, so instead of having an epic Christmas dinner we're going to have a last-minute Christmas Eve dinner. 83 Seriously, I didn't come up with the idea that we should have one until yesterday. We had to go to the store today to get things for it.
My brother's going to spend the night once he gets off work. The only thing I'm concerned about is if he looks into his presents early. He doesn't know what my mom got him yet, and I've been telling him it's "tupperware shoes" since my mom first said tupperware and then shoes when he was asking what it was.
By the way, if they ever do make tupperware shoes, I'd like to know about it.
I have a few Christmas gifts for some of the people I knew the longest on the internets. I'll be posting those tomorrow. Also tomorrow, I should be posting the last chapter of Pixie Ducks. I scheduled it purposefully so that the last chapter will be posted on Christmas as a little gift to everyone who I was hoping would read it when I first started posting it. Out of the individual people who read and reviewed on fanfiction.net, I'm honestly surprised that so many people liked it and I'm really glad that they did.
Not to mention, my teacher liked it, so that in itself was incredibly worth it. :3
Awkward note to put, but my journal history tells me that I posted at least one journal per month this year. I think that's amusing.
I have no idea what else to say, so Merry Christmas or whatever other holiday/birthday you might celebrate this month. 8D
